That's Foretaste gone.
Your browser has removed it. There is nothing left to clear out: Foretaste never had a copy of a file, a file name or an address you visited, and the two counters it did keep went with it.

What sent you away?
One press, and nothing else. It records which of the six was chosen and stops there - no box to fill in, no address, no way back to you. It is the only thing on this page that does anything at all.
Noted, and thank you - that is genuinely the most useful thing anyone can leave behind.

If it was a bug, it is probably fixable
Most of what goes wrong is one site or one file, and both are usually a small change. Write to hello@foretaste.page - one person reads it, and what to put in a report is four lines long.
If it was a file that would not open, the format list says exactly what Foretaste shows for each kind and where it stops. If it was a site whose links got no button, that is a rule, and it is usually a two-address fix.

If you want it back
Nothing was kept, so reinstalling starts clean. Chrome, Edge and Firefox each have their own page, and what it actually does is one page rather than a tour.
